GREETINGS FROM NASHVILLE

It's been a whirlwind couple of months as Frankie and I packed up our cat and all our stuff and moved to Nashville in June.  I miss Jersey City and NYC like crazy, but I'm so excited to be here writing songs and playing music every day. This great city has felt like a second home to me since I first started coming here.

Last month I attended the Play for Publishers workshop and met some awesome new co-writers.  It's always inspiring spending three days straight at the Bluebird.  Hit writer Jimmy Yeary dropped by the wrap party and listened to everyone's songs and played a few of his own including "I Drive Your Truck."  It's beyond cool that this sort of thing is just a normal occurrence around here.

In other happenings, I had some exciting pitches recently with publishers pitching my songs to Rascal Flatts, Lady A, Rodney Atkins and Jana Kramer.

And I have a round coming up at Blue Bar with Tom Glynn and Megan Barker on September 27th at 7pm.  Can't wait to share the stage with these two!  😀
